Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all clients arrive on time for their scheduled detail appointment. Our schedule is carefully planned to ensure every vehicle receives the attention and quality it deserves. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment; however, we may no longer be able to guarantee your original completion time. Depending on the length of the delay, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled; particularly if completing the service would extend beyond our operating hours.
